• Customers may cancel a service request before technician dispatch without any cancellation charges.
• If the technician has already been assigned or dispatched, a visiting/inspection charge may apply.
• Repeated fake or invalid bookings may be refused in the future.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following situations:

• Payment was charged incorrectly or multiple times.
• Service could not be provided due to technical or operational reasons from our side.
• The issue reported by the customer was not attended within the committed timeframe.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

If a service warranty is provided, customers may contact us within the warranty period for re-inspection or support related to the same issue.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds, if applicable, are processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days depending on banking channels.
